Friday to Sunday - Up to 150 guests Venue Inclusions: * 1 Day venue hire access with full use of grounds. * 9am - 11pm. * A "day before" drop off and setup window (2pm to 6pm) - subject to availability. * A "clean up" window the following day prior to 10am - subject to availability. * Vendor set up access. * Up to 150 guests. * Up to 150 guests cocktail. * 100 seated reception or hire more. * 500sqm Hall. * Raised hall stage with stage lighting plus fairy light wall. * Large bronze 18 light chandelier. * Main hall ceiling fairy lights. * Wooden arbour (undressed). * 4 Wine barrels & stools. * Timber wishing well. * 9 Pew bench seats. * Coffee station with urn. * Bathrooms plus accessible bathroom. * Hall furniture.   Bridal Suite: * 2 Seater lounge. * Makeup station with benches, mirrors and seating. * Full length mirror.   Bar Facilities: * Large festoon lit bar with stainless steel benches and bar equipment. * Double keg fridge with dual taps. * 3 Bar fridges plus ice machine.   Catering Kitchen Facilities: * Seperate kitchen & prep area. * Stainless sink, Oven, Microwave. * Commercial dishwasher. * Bar fridge (3 door). * Small double electric hot plates.   Outdoor Area: * Large fire pit with firewood and timber bench seats. * Drinks bathtub. * Large adjoining festoon lit deck. Lighting: * Mirror ball (motorised) with pin lights * MAX PartyBar Light – Jelly Moon, Derby, PAR and Strobe _________________________   Good to know: - Day before access - Venue access the afternoon before the event. - Unlimited access to our support team to help guide and answer questions. - Choose your own team of vendors to control your budget and vision. - 1.5hr guest cleanup window following day (or pay for additional cleaning).   You'll also need to arrange: - Terms & Conditions reviewed and signed. - An approved On-Day Coordinator/Representative is required for your Event. - RSA Certified Bar attendant. (for alcohol service) - Additional tables and chairs will need to be hired above 100 guests.
