Country Wedding Venue Qld at Montara Hall

Perched high on a hill overlooking the Scenic Rim, Montara Hall is a romantic country event space set on a fifth-generation dairy farm, where incredible sunsets spill across the landscape. Built in the 1940s and lovingly renovated in 2024, the 500-square-metre hall has held more than 86 years of love stories, laughter, and celebration within its walls. Hosting events for up to 150 guests.

 

Step outside onto the deck overlooking the lush green ceremony space, softly lit with festoons and centred around a cosy fire pit as the evening draws in. Curious cows and goats often wander past, quietly sharing in the moment and adding to the magic of the setting. All of this feels wonderfully far away, yet sits just 30 minutes from the Gold Coast and 1.5 hours from Brisbane.
